Norman H. Lehrer
President

Norman H. Lehrer is president of LMC and chairperson of the Investment Committee. Investment management has been his principal occupation for more than 24 years. He has been an investor in the stock market since 1949 and has managed the portfolios of several associates at their request since 1965.

In 1979, Mr. Lehrer passed the N.A.S.D. Series 1 General Securities Examination and became a Registered Investment Adviser, founding Lehrer Management Company. In 1996, he passed the N.A.S.D. Series 65 Investment Adviser General Law Examination, which was required for adviser registration in some states outside of California.

Before 1980, Mr. Lehrer's principal employment was in the electronics industry. From 1970 to 1980, he worked as a staff scientist at Watkins Johnson Co., where he founded the cathode-ray tube product line. Prior to that, he was president and technical consultant to Electro-Vision Industries, Inc., a manufacturer of special purpose electron tubes and video displays. He worked at Hughes Research Laboratories as a member of the technical staff, section head, and department manager.

In 1968, Mr. Lehrer was chosen as one of the initial twelve outstanding inventors of the Hughes Aircraft Co. In 1974, he was presented the Frances Rice Darne Memorial Award by the Society for Information Display for advances in display technology.

Mr. Lehrer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in physics from the College of the City of New York in 1951. He also received a Master of Science degree in physics from New York University in 1954.

Tony L. Alarcon
Vice President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Alarcon is Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of LMC. He is a Portfolio Manager and a Member of the Investment Committee. He has spent the past 16 years within the investment industry as a Portfolio manager and financial advisor cultivating a relationship-first based business that has endeavored to exceed the investment expectations of his high net worth clientele.

Mr. Alarcon is a Registered Investment Advisor functioning as a portfolio manager. Throughout his career has managed assets for high net worth clients, companies, and charitable organizations. As a Registered Investment Advisor he has functioned as a discretionary self-directed portfolio manager within the equity markets focusing on value investing while overweighting in momentum driven sectors. His experience within alternative investments includes biotechnology, green energy, technology, currency and financial instruments. Additionally, Mr. Alarcon is well versed in multigenerational wealth transfer and transaction structure planning.

Mr. Alarcon passed his Series 7, 63, Life and Disability exams in 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University in California and is an alumnus of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

John Brian Kosecoff
Senior Portfolio Manager and Vice Chairperson of the Investment Committee

John Brian Kosecoff is Senior Portfolio Manager of LMC, and Vice Chairperson of the Investment Committee. Mr. Kosecoff is a seasoned financial executive with 33 years of investment industry experience starting as a Commercial Banker with JP Morgan, before embarking on fundamental Securities Research and Portfolio Management with leading global money managers.

In the course of his investment career, Mr. Kosecoff has launched six high-performance mutual funds comprising nearly $2 billion in investible assets, including Lord Abbett's first Research Fund, Bechtel's Fremont Select Fund and hybrid domestic and global active/quant funds, and RCM Capital's Small and Mid-Capitalization Sector Funds. He brings a hands-on understanding of capital markets and business economics, serves clients as a collaborative fiduciary steward, and mentors emerging investment professionals.

As an investment counselor, he has met the needs of Tier I ultra high net worth clients with JP Morgan and Wells Fargo Private Client Divisions, including separate investment advisory accounts, irrevocable and revocable trust accounts and IRAs. He skillfully develops client investment objectives, mitigates risk and tax liability, sets asset allocation, sector strategies, and securities selection.

Mr. Kosecoff was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, a Masters in Business Administration from Cornell University's Johnson School of Business, and pursued post-graduate studies at Middlebury Monterey Institute of International Studies and New York University.

Mr. Kosecoff is FINRA registered Series 7, 24, 66, 86 & 87 (Registered Representative, Principal, Blue Sky, and Securities Analysis). He is a member of the CFA Institute, the Financial Planning Association, and the New York Society of Security Analysts. He has lectured at NYU, Cornell, and San Francisco City College.

Mr. Kosecoff's reviews have been published in New Scholarly Books. Institutional Investor featured his profile as a Home Run Hitting Stock Picker, and he has been quoted in media including the Wall Street Journal, Barron's Wall Street Transcript, Bloomberg, New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, San Francisco Chronicle, The New Yorker and NBC.
